We stayed here for our first two nights in Goa and thank god we did! The manager was so helpful and set us up for our 2 week holiday! he went above and beyond! Lovely relaxing pool and lots of lovely lights in the evening with 100s of plant pots! very cool. The only downside I would say was no duvet on the bed... just a sheet which I thought was maybe the way things were in Goa but it was the only place we stayed at which didn't have a proper duvet. Other than that it was perfect. All staff very friendly and good security. About a 20 min walk to the beach.

Wonderful experience. All staff were lovely and helpful, always accommodating. Breakfast did not have much variety but the Indian dishes were delicious and filling. Chef Felix Fernandez prepared dinner for me which was too delicious. Rooms are clean but there was some mold on the bathroom door (most likely from the high humidity in the air). There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee and biscuits. Location is very quiet and close to the beach. The staff are happy to help with absolutely everything from food, to booking massages, taxi, etc. Would definitely recommend.

The service, immediate and courteous, kind and caring. They've always treated us like family. Whether it's the room service or service by the pool,the wife and children enjoy themselves to the fullest. It's my second home...where I get spoilt ;)

I stayed at the Resort Palmeiras Dourado with my wife in May 2022 (in fact I think we actually stayed in the room that's in your picture!). I have no reservation in wholeheartedly recommending this hotel. It is a three-star hotel and it doesn't pretend to be anything more, but the facilities are excellent with a wonderful swimming pool, which, by the way, is child-friendly with steps and has a separate splash pool for younger children. The restaurant has a limited menu but it is, nevertheless, excellent. But the thing which really impressed both me and my wife is that every single member of staff seemed to go out of their way to be both helpful and friendly. As regards location, it is fairly well placed. In particular, it is an easy taxi-ride from the airport. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. Great value for money, well done!

We had the pleasure of staying at Palmes Dourado on 01st January 2022. Despite being the first day of the year, early morning we were greeted by a friendly and energetic staff. Rooms are clean and nice with a little balcony overlooking the green surroundings. Restaurant by the pool served basic meals and a good collection of drinks. The beach is a short walk, which was another big advantage. The elderly lady who owns the place was very friendly and kind to give us some plants to take along. Looking back, we remember Palmes Dourado as a friendly family run resort for budget travelers. Definitely a lovely experience and would love to go back.
